Sofala Lodge offer a cluster of four luxury suites connected with a landscape walking patch to the main Lodge. Our operations team will serve breakfast and all catering at the lodge, where we also offer an OENA Day Spa. The suites, which sleep 2 people each, can be booked individually or together. Alternatively, book the suites in conjunction with the main villa and enjoy a large, private getaway of family and friends.

Large glass stacker doors in each suite lead out onto a private patio offering views of the surrounds. You may see a variety of buck, zebra, sable or guinea fowl walking idly past or grazing nearby. Four of the units face toward Hangklip Mountain, while the other four face onto a ridge with indigenous trees and shrubs.

Each spacious suite can be made up with twin beds or a king bed, and includes a private ensuite bathroom with separate shower and bath. Also supplied are linen, extra blankets, tea and coffee station, bar fridge, airconditioning, ceiling fan, armchair with side table, cupboards with wooden hangers, luggage rack, writing console, electronic safe, free Wi-Fi, hairdryer, a wall-mounted satellite TV, telephone, emergency light, and mosquito spray. Plug points include round 3-pin and 2-pin plugs. Rooms are serviced on request.

Suites are not self-catering, however, meals and drinks can be enjoyed at the on-site restaurant or the restaurant at the nearby Honeyguide Ranger Camp. We will also gladly stock the bar fridge on request.
